Dried Sugared Cranberries
A simple how-to guide for making dried cranberries at home in your oven. Perfect for snacking or throwing into a salad or dessert.
Ingredience
12 oz. fresh halved cranberries
1 cup sugar (you can use sugar substitute like Stevia)
Dash of oil
Preheat oven to 200°
Place halved cranberries into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with a small amount of oil and toss in sugar to coat each piece.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread cranberries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Use a second baking sheet if the cranberries are too crowded.
Bake cranberries for 5-6 hours, stirring every hour or two, until you get the chewy or crunchy bite you're looking for.
